Carmel Community Church of Tracy.  This ministry was built upon the belief of spreading the Word of God to every person from all socio-economic backgrounds.  Dr. White is committed to community outreach, increasing knowledge, re-building the family structure and spreading the Word of God.  Come and join us to hear a great Word.
